JW Pharmaceutical is facing various changes and challenges, including the reorganization of the personnel system and the relocation of the Gwacheon office building, along with the newly re-established ‘JW WAY’ this year.
Now that we are constantly running for market-oriented change, our environment also has a growing social demand of preventing corruption and spreading awareness of integrity every year after year.
Accordingly, JW Pharmaceutical introduced CP for the first time in 2007 and strengthened its internal infrastructure to establish a transparent corporate culture. In 2017, it established a fair competition autonomous compliance program and organization, appointed a Compliance Officer, and introduced a practical compliance ethics management system. In particular, we strictly manage and supervise CP compliance activities every year, and we continue to reward excellent executives and employees. Furthermore, the internal control system will be further strengthened in line with the revision of the Fair Trade Act.
In addition, we continue carrying out compliance and ethics activities for external stakeholders such as suppliers and partners. Based on these efforts, we will do our best to acknowledge as a company on the right path by all stakeholders, including shareholders and communities, as well as customers.
Compliance and ethical management are the starting points for securing transparency and reliability of companies, so it cannot be overemphasized several times. It is possible to achieve true meaning of sustainable management when all executives and employees sympathize with the company’s will & direction and their active participation.

JW Pharmaceutical has been carrying out an enhanced practical program on regulations, and training for our members to raise awareness of continual compliance since the introduction of the Fair Trade Compliance Program in 2007 to comply with relevant regulations, such as the fair trade act, anti graft law and pharmaceutical affairs act Despite all efforts to practice law-abiding management in compliance with external environmental changes, such as changes in government policy and enhancement of relevant regulations, when breaking the law by a moment's mistake, it can cause serious damage not only to you but also to our company and customers.
Therefore, all of us should work more closely together to support law-abiding management activity, with a sense of responsibility, immediately report to a relevant department in recognizing a violation of law so that it should be treated according to proper legal procedure and make a greater effort to prevent reoccurrence.
